The Progressive Implant is designed for improved fixation in the cortical bone layer. It increases primary stability in soft bones through its groove-shaped design in the apical area that cuts, collects and compacts soft bone tissue. The thread construction is moderately aggressive, allowing for superior fixation, while the moderately concave profile distributes pressure and increases stability.
