Warranty policy of Bio3 Implants GmbH
1. General provisions
Bio3 Implants GmbH, registered in Germany, grants a voluntary
Lifetime guarantee on dental implants manufactured by our company according to
the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
The guarantee refers exclusively to the dental implant itself and does not constitute
legal obligation, but is carried out at the discretion of the manufacturer in the interest
the product quality.
2. Scope of the guarantee
This guarantee covers only the replacement of the dental implant and is valid during
the entire life of the product.
A replacement occurs if the failure of the implant is due to a confirmed
manufacturing defect or disintegration under proper
clinical application.
The guarantee expressly excludes:
* Cost of implant removal;
* Costs for inserting a new implant;
* Services provided by dentists and surgeons;
* Costs of clinical procedures and follow-up treatments;
* Costs resulting from temporary incapacity for work or indirect damage;
* Replacement of abutments, superstructures, temporary components, surgical
Instruments and accessories.
3. Warranty conditions
A warranty claim must be submitted in writing using the Bio3 Implants GmbH
approved forms and sent via an authorized dealer or directly to Bio3
Implants GmbH.
Forms and instructions for completion are available on request or in the dealer's
provided documents are available.
The following documents are required to claim the guarantee:
* Product information (batch number, date of insertion, proof of purchase);
* Evidence of proper compliance with the surgical protocol during
Implantation;
* X-rays or other medical records upon request from the manufacturer.
The guarantee is only valid under the following conditions:
* The implantation was performed by a qualified professional;
* Only original components were used, which are supplied by the manufacturer
were recommended;
* The insertion and follow-up protocol was followed.
Warranty claims may only be made by the attending physician (dentist) or a
authorized dealer with a contractual relationship with Bio3 Implants GmbH

Direct requests from patients will not be considered.
4. Substitution procedure
The examination of a guarantee application is carried out in accordance with the internal procedure for

Return of disintegrated implants
In case of disintegration of the implant and if the necessary
If proof is provided and the warranty conditions are met, the implant will be replaced.
Bio3 Implants GmbH reserves the right to refuse the physical return of the
disintegrated implant for analysis and determination of the cause.
The return shipment must be made in the agreed sterile packaging and in compliance with
Transport regulations for medical devices must be followed.
The decision on the recognition of a warranty case is made by the Quality Department
Bio3 Implants GmbH after evaluation.
After review and decision, Bio3 Implants provides:
✓ a new implant of equivalent value free of charge;
✓ Delivery is made directly or via an official dealer.
5. Restrictions
This guarantee does not apply if:
* damage caused by trauma, faulty insertion, overloading of the structure or
caused by non-compliance with medical protocol;
* third-party components were used;
* the expiry date of the product had passed at the time of insertion;
* the product outside the indications and instructions provided by the manufacturer
was used.
6. Final provisions
This voluntary guarantee limits the statutory consumer rights according to § 437 ff.
of the German Civil Code (BGB), including the right to
