Regarding the shipping conditions for the trial pack: After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your specific product needs and desired delivery times. The trial pack will be sent to you as soon as a suitable patient has been found and you have informed us of the planned implantation date. The pack will be sent to you promptly, but no later than five days before the scheduled implantation date.

Once you receive the trial pack, you have 30 business days to test our products and complete the implantation. After this trial period, we look forward to your feedback and your decision regarding a possible continued collaboration. If you decide to continue the collaboration, the trial pack will remain yours. If you decide not to continue, we ask that you return the surgical kit and all unused products.
