Regarding the shipping conditions of the trial pack: After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your specific product needs and desired delivery times. The trial pack will be sent to you as soon as a suitable patient has been found and you have informed us of the planned date for the implantation. The pack will be sent to you immediately, but no later than five days before the planned implantation date.

Once you have received the trial pack, you have 30 working days to test our products and carry out the implantation. After this test phase, we look forward to your feedback and your decision regarding a possible further collaboration. If you decide to continue the collaboration, the trial pack will remain in your possession. If you decide not to continue, we ask that you return the surgical set and all unused products.
